Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (€12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our high-quality 100% coton clothing, whether it’s our elegant chemises élégantes, comfortable pantalons de ville, or durable cargo pants. Our straightforward returns policy makes shopping with confidence easy.
Return Period
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Débardeurs (sleeveless undershirts)
- Caleçons (underwear)
All other items from our jeans, chemises, pantalons, and pulls à capuche collections are eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate your return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your items: Securely pack the items you’re returning in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product (for example, if you ordered a classic fit chino but received a loose fit pantalon):

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
